1 cup raw tahini
½ cup sesame seeds lightly roasted on a pan without oil
cover a 12*20" English Cake pan with plastic wrap
Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
Put the chopped chocolate into a Microwave safe bowl, and Microwave in 20 second intervals, so the chocolate will not burn. You can also melt it in a Bain-marie.
When the chocolate is completely melted add the Tahini and mix until thoroughly combined.
Add the sesame, keep 1 spoon of sesame for decoration.
Pour the mixture into the pan, and Sprinkle the kept sesame seeds.
Chill in the freezer for 4 hours, or for a whole night in the refrigerator.
Using a sharp knife, remove the chocolate bar from the pan and cut it into squares.
Keep refrigerated or in the freezer.
